If you are a first time customer, or if you are using a new or different credit card for the first time at Theimagingworld, upon completing your on-line order, you must fax or e-mail a copy of both sides of your credit card to 718-218-7903. Our e-mail address is: verification@theimagingworld.com

Please include your invoice number (that you will get when completing this order)
along with the copy of your card.

Your card will be charged and the merchandise committed upon submission of your order.
Taxes
International orders are generally subject to local import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes in the country of destination.
Imaging World is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, VAT or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. All shipping rates include full insurance coverage.
In some cases we might ask for some more documentation like Drivers License.

Billing Address
The "BILL TO" address on the order form, must be the address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. The "BILL TO" address you give to us must agree with the address that the bank which issued your credit card has on file.
Theimagingworld reserves the right to refuse orders in which the address or credit card can not be verified.
