Shipping Specifications & Payment Methods:

For USA Residents:
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept certified checks or money orders. For bank transfers contact us via E-Mail or call our customer service for bank details. For personal checks there is an 8-business day waiting period for the checks to clear.

Shipping:
We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed, subject to credit card approval.

We ship the merchandise via UPS, Federal Express, and United States Parcel Post {Only to Addresses where other shipping services can’t reach}.

For purchases being shipped to an alternate address:
(Not the same address as on the credit card statement). Be aware that your shipment may be delayed due to address verification. (This is to protect you from mail order fraud.)

For Overseas Orders:
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master, Discover and American Express. We also accept certified checks, money orders, and traveler’s checks all in USA dollars. For bank transfers email our customer service for bank details.

Shipping Overseas:
For security reasons, we will need a clear copy of your credit card front & back, and Driver license, via fax or email before shipping out the item (This is to protect you & us from mail order fraud.)
For the overseas customer, we ship with International FEDEX {Federal Express} or USPS for APO addresses, depending on the weight, value and destination of your merchandise.

Note: We are not responsible for and can offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, Customs or taxes, which you may be charged when your merchandise reaches you. We urge you to consult your local government import office with any questions. Shipping, Handling and Insurance costs are in addition to the item purchase price agreed upon with the salesman.

Receiving & Returning Merchandise:
At Theimagingworld.com we strive to make all of our customers buying experience a pleasant one. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

1. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. We will accept return of any items) within 14 days from date of receipt, If it's not as described or defected, We cannot accept returns after this authorized return period.

2. Carefully unpack and inspect the merchandise, please be careful not to damage the manufacturers packaging. We will not accept merchandise with torn and destroyed packaging.

3. Do not fill out the manufacturer's warranty card unless you are satisfied with the merchandise and want to keep it. We cannot accept the return of merchandise with a completed warranty card.

4. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials, for example: boxes, instruction booklets, inserts or plastic bags until you are 100% satisfied and want to keep the merchandise.

If for any reason you want to return the merchandise, please follow the instructions below.
Call or E-Mail Theimagingworld Customer service within 24-48 hours of receiving the merchandise for a "written" R.M.A#. (Return Merchandise Authorization #)

All returns must be in the original manufacturer's packaging in brand new condition and include all packaging material. For example: instruction manual, inserts (Styrofoam), plastic bags, and unfilled warranty card.

If damage occurred during transit, do not throw away the packaging. Contact the carrier for inspection and file a claim with them.

Electronics packaged in blister packs (the hard plastic that is heat sealed by the manufacturer) cannot be authorized for return. If it is defective please contact the manufacturer and they will take care of it.

When returning the merchandise, you must include:
A copy of your original invoice.

A note explaining the reason for the return.

Request for a refund or an exchange. (This is in addition to the information you gave to the customer representative when you called to request an R.M.A.#)

When returning items by post, make sure to package the merchandise securely. So that the merchandise will not be damaged in transit.

The merchandise must be sent freight prepaid. Returns sent C.O.D. or "shipping charges collect" will be refused.

Credit will be given only for items that Theimagingworld receives, inspects and finds to be in satisfactory condition. Please be sure you insure your return shipment, to avoid any complications.


Sales Tax:
Theimagingworld only collects local sales tax on orders shipped within NY State. For areas outside of NY State, please check with your local tax authorities regarding any local sales tax liabilities. Canadian customers, please note that Theimagingworld is not responsible for duties and GST. You are advised to consult your local government import office if you have questions.

Model & Price changes:
Manufacturers are constantly updating their product lines and eliminating some models. Should you learn of a new model on the market, which is not listed in our catalog, please call us for information. In addition, manufacturers are continuously changing their cost prices. When prices are lowered, we will pass the savings on to you. If a price goes up, we may be obliged to increase our price. We will contact you in the event of a price change to secure your instructions. Please be assured that we will do our best to meet or beat any authorized competitors' price (on the same unit with proof of advertised price at the time of ordering). Price matching is only applicable to identical conditions of sale. The item must be in stock at the other authorized dealer (not a floor sample or "open box" item), not be a club "members price". We naturally do not match other dealer’s typographical errors.
All orders subject to our approval. We reserve the right to limit quantities. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Website Policies:
We do not warehouse credit card information online. (Therefore for every purchase you must input credit card information)

We do not share or sell any customer information to any other company it is strictly for our own business purpose.

We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Shipping, Handling and Insurance are not included on prices of items listed on our website.
